At Rasik Bandhan, we strive to provide genuine value to every member of our community. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for subscription payments made on our platform. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. Overview

Rasik Bandhan is a subscription-based matrimony platform. Subscriptions unlock premium features including chat, interest management, and contact viewing. Since our subscriptions provide immediate access to digital services, our refund policy is limited, as described below.

All payments are currently processed manually via UPI. Once a subscription has been activated by our admin team, it is considered used and generally non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same plan
  • Payment deducted but subscription was never activated within 48 hours
  • Technical error caused an incorrect charge
  • Subscription activated after account was already banned through no fault of your own
❌ Not Eligible for Refund
  • Change of mind after activation
  • Failure to find a suitable match
  • Account suspended due to policy violations
  • Partial use of a subscription period
  • Dissatisfaction with available profiles

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Subscription Used

Once a subscription plan has been activated and you have had access to premium features (chat, interest sending, profile browsing), the subscription is considered used. No refund will be provided for the remaining duration.

Trial Plan

The ₹79 Trial Plan (1 week) is non-refundable under any circumstances, given its very low price point and short duration. It is offered as an introductory experience.

Policy Violations

If your account is suspended or banned due to violations of our Terms and Conditions — including but not limited to harassment, fake profiles, inappropriate content, or fraudulent activity — no refund will be issued.

Voluntary Account Deletion

If you choose to delete your account before your subscription period ends, the remaining subscription duration is forfeited and no partial refund will be provided.

Rasik Bandhan does not guarantee matches or marriage outcomes. The inability to find a match is not grounds for a refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact Us via Email

Reach out to our support team within 7 days of the payment date. Requests made after 7 days will generally not be considered.

Provide Payment Details

Share your registered phone number, UPI transaction ID or UTR number, payment amount, and the date of payment.

Describe the Issue

Briefly explain the reason for your refund request. Attach any screenshots that help clarify the issue.

Await Review

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days with a decision.

Refund Issued

If approved, the refund will be transferred to your original UPI ID within 5–7 business days.

5. Processing Timeline

Here is the expected timeline for refund requests:

Approved refunds will be returned to the same UPI ID from which the payment was made. Please ensure you have access to that UPI account.

6. Payment Errors

In rare cases, you may make a UPI payment but your subscription is not activated due to a technical or administrative error. In such cases:

If you accidentally made a payment twice for the same plan, the duplicate payment will be refunded in full after verification.

7. Account Suspension or Ban

If your account is suspended or permanently banned for violating our Terms and Conditions, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused subscription period. This applies regardless of how much time remains in your subscription.

If you believe your account was suspended or banned in error, you may appeal by contacting our support team. If the appeal is successful and your account is reinstated, your remaining subscription time will be restored.
